Note 1: One-year membership validity is counted in months and not days; the upgrade-/renewal-qualifying purchase does not count as first purchase; upgrade eligibility is determined based on order confirmation date; for example, if a member is entitled to upgrade following an order with a confirmation date of 20200714, validity of the new membership shall be 20200714- 20210731.

Note 2: WU Credits may offset up to 20% the amount purchased, capped at $15,000; the one-year validity is counted in months and not days.

Note 3: The following order shall apply when combining discounts: Promotional bundle > Voucher > Discount on orders > WU Credit offset > WU Credit reward.

The DR.WU website protects members' personal data according to its Privacy Protection Policy. Members who wish to inquire, change, or delete personal data should notify DR.WU website through written correspondence or e-mail.
The member acknowledges that DR.WU may notify any changes to the membership system through website announcement, e-mail, SMS, or using other method as deemed appropriate. Unless otherwise specified, all changes and adjustments shall take effect once the announcement or notification is made.
The DR.WU website online membership system was last revised, announced, and effected on 2021.03.19.
All birthday vouchers are sent on the 1st calendar day of the birth month, and members will have to complete the sign-up before the 30th of the previous month to receive the voucher. (For example: Members born on August 1st are required to complete the sign-up before July 31th)
