After logging into your account, access WU CLUB/Rules on points accumulation for a detailed description.
The barcode is an 8-digit random alphanumeric code. Please confirm that you entered the code correctly (the code is case sensitive). If no information is displayed on the webpage or the code cannot be entered, please send an image of your product QR Code to service@drwu.com. Dedicated personnel will respond to your inquiry within 7 business days.
We recommend scanning as the easiest and fastest way to collect points. If you experience any problems after scanning the code, please leave a message in the “Ask a Question” section to the left of the webpage and send an image of your product QR Code to service@drwu.com. Dedicated personnel will respond to your inquiry within 7 business days.
Click “Check WU Credit balance” on the WU CLUB webpage to view your accumulated reward points. You can redeem your points for attractive gifts via the following path: WU CLUB/ Reward Points /Redeem.
Shipping within Taiwan is delivered via Takkyubin express home delivery service, and a delivery charge of NT$95 applies; shipping outside Taiwan is delivered via Chunghwa Post using international registered air parcel, and a delivery charge of NT$500 applies; shipping outside Taiwan is subject to a delivery charge of NT$500.
Redeemed gifts are expected to be shipped to addresses in Taiwan within 14 days after completion of the redemption process (excluding public holidays and national holidays, and with the exception of force majeure/natural disaster);shipping to addresses outside Taiwan is delivered via Chunhwa Post using international registered air parcel, and therefore no precise estimate of arrival time is available!! You may wish to contact the local postal office when the package arrives your local area. The system will provide you with a tracking number (CC_______TW ), which you can use to track your package at the following website: https://postserv.post.gov.tw/pstmail/main_mail.html?targetTxn=EB500200
