Simple hydration should be the main focus of skin care after laser surgery. All DR.WU skincare products are completely alcohol-free and can therefore be used without concerns after laser treatment. However, due to the fact that post-treatment recovery varies from person to person, products should not be applied to scabbed wounds.

Laser surgery tends to leave the skin dry, dehydrated, and sensitive. We recommend use of skincare products that are free of alcohol, synthetic fragrances, or irritants such as our Hyalu-Complex Hydrating System and Intensive Repairing Serum with Squalane to boost repair of damaged skin, relieve dryness, and restore skin suppleness and elasticity.

It is recommended to use Dr. WU derLab Solutions products alone or blended with Dr. WU Intensive Hydrating Serum with Hyaluronic Acid at a ratio of 1:1 after complete wound healing.

Application sequences should be based on the texture of skincare products. Skincare products with light-watery textures should be applied first. The higher the viscosity of the product, the later it should be applied.

It is recommended to resume application of such products around one week after non-destructive, non-ablative skincare laser treatments. A waiting time of around two weeks is required for destructive, ablative laser treatments to allow enough time for scab formation and shedding. In addition, high emphasis should be placed on proper hydration and sun protection after laser treatment. We therefore recommend application of our Hyalu-Complex Hydrating System combined with products of our Sunscreen + Suncare System.

Yes, but it must be ensured that such products are completely free of alcohol as well as whitening and acid-based ingredients. We recommend use of our Hyalu-Complex Hydrating System which is based on our exclusive Hyalucomplex technology. WU Mandelic Acid products, users can incorporate these products into their regular skincare routine around 1-2 weeks after such treatment provided that high emphasis is placed on proper hydration and sun protection.

The formation of dark circles is caused by blood stasis and melanin deposits. Vascular dark circles can be relieved through hot packs or massages, which stimulate the blood circulation.

Swellings in the eye area can be relieved through cold packs. There are two different types of granules: syringoma, which are caused by the physical constitution, and milia, which can be caused by oily eye creams or use of too much force when applying skincare products, which can cause tiny injuries to the skin or pore clogging. Granules can only be removed through medical treatment. We recommend seeing a dermatologist if granules appear in the eye area.

Eye cream should be applied gently by tapping to avoid injuring the skin and thereby causing the formation of granules.

It is important to pay attention to small details in your daily life. Blackheads and enlarged pores are caused by excessive keratin accumulation which hinders oil discharge. This is an ideal breeding ground for bacteria which cause inflammation and acne issues. It is generally assumed that acne formation is caused by excessive lipid secretion and that reinforced oil control and facial cleansing can inhibit acne growth.

Acne is mainly caused by internal factors such as hormones and external factors such as stress and fatigue. If acne results from improper skincare routines, users have to reassess whether their products are too oily or if their cleansing power is too high or if they use too many products, which can place a burden on their skin. We recommend that users switch to light, mild, and simple skincare products such as our Mandelik Renewal System or Hyalucomplex Hydrating System. These products should be combined with medical treatment to effectively inhibit acne formation.

There are many such products available on the market. Users should select products that don’t leave the skin dry or taut after use. If the cleansing power is too strong, the product will damage the sebum membrane, which causes excessive lipid secretion and oil-moisture imbalance. We therefore recommend use of mild, non-irritating, soothing, and soap-free cleansers.

We recommend light, non-oily sunscreen products that are free of acnegenic ingredients such as Cetearyl alcohol, Octyl palmitate, Isostearic acid etc. Thorough make-up removal and cleansing on a daily basis is extremely important. Yes. Hydration is important even for oily skin since dehydrated skin secretes even more lipids. We recommend use of our Mandelik Pore Refining Essence Toner. Toners represent the first step of skin care after facial cleansing. It reinforces facial cleansing, moisturizes and hydrates the skin, and balances the pH value. It also facilitates the absorption of follow-up skincare products. Essence toners can be applied as follows:

1. Wet a cotton pad with toner and gently wipe your face to remove dead skin cells and inhibit lipid secretion.

2. Gently pat your face to facilitate penetration of skincare products and ensure ample hydration through the warmth of your hands.

3. Stick cotton pads wetted with toner to your face to facilitate moisture replenishment and reinforce moisture-locking effects.

No. The main function of your lotion is to lock in the moisture. It is highly recommended to combine it with essence toner and serums to ensure adequate moisture replenishment. The lotion will seal off the serum to ensure skin health and suppleness.

We recommend that users follow their daily skincare routine after applying the mask.

The proper sequence is as follows: Facial cleansing→Essence toner→Mask→Serum→Lotion/Cream

The mask may be applied before or after the toner in accordance with individual preferences and usage habits. However, it is recommended to use a light toner (Toners with a high viscosity negatively affect the absorption of the serum in the mask).。
