How do I accumulate WU Credits?

Method 1: Scan product QR Code

Where is the QR Code located?

All products will have a dual-layer sticker on the outside of the box or bottle. Tear open the holographic film and you'll see the square QR Code.

Tear open the outer holographic film of the dual-layer sticker found on the product you have purchased.
Scan the QR Code with your smartphone using any QR Code APP, and the system will take you to the WU Credit program webpage. Specify the channel you purchased the product from and press "Get WU Credit."
Log in or sign up as DR.WU online member to complete accumulation of WU Credit.

Method 2: Input label code on website

Where is the label code located?

All products will have a dual-layer sticker on the outside of the box or bottle. Tear open the holographic film and you'll see the square QR Code. The 8-digit random number printed beneath the QR Code is the label code.

Tear open the outer holographic film of the dual-layer sticker found on the product you have purchased.
Visit the DR.WU website at v3.demo.minmax.website (mobile or PC version), log in/sign up your account, go to Member services, and press "Input label code"
QR Code (case-sensitive), and specify the channel you purchased the product from.
Log in or sign up as DR.WU online member to complete accumulation of WU Credit.

Notes

WU Credits can only be accumulated and used under individual accounts; members can not combine or transfer credits between different accounts. The number of WU Credits accumulated under a member account, as recorded in the DR.WU online system database, shall be final and indisputable.
WU Credits are valid for 12 months after they are granted(counted in months and not days), and will be voided if not redeemed or spent before expiry. (Expired credits will be automatically updated on system,and no separate notice will be given)
Membership is valid for one year after sign-up(One-year membership validity is counted in months and not days); the amount of WU Credits that can be accumulated within membership validity is capped at 150,000.
Application of multiple accounts under one identity is not allowed. DR.WU will notify members who own multiple accounts to choose one and cancel duplicate member accounts.
Pre-existing members who had signed up with an FB account will have to complete mobile phone verification, and may check points balance 1-2 days after.
DR.WU's points collection program is restricted only to consumers who have proof of purchasing DR.WU product (invoice or receipt). Each collection code is unique and has been generated specifically for one product. DR.WU reserves the right to close membership accounts that are found to have collected points without actual purchase, and may pursue legal action against the offender.
DR.WU's WU Credit program commenced on July 12, 2017. Products manufactured after July 2016, except inventories that already circulated existing channels before July 2017, are eligible for accumulation of WU Credits.
Insiders of Dr. Wu Skincare Company Limited (including but not limited to employees and membership program partners) may not participate in this program.
WU Credit can not be returned after WU Credit redemptions be finished.
DR.WU reserves the right of final interpretation to any dispute or confusion regarding this program.
