DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions and policies which you may find throughout our Site in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions as well as customer service, all of which are deemed a part of and included within these terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

Occasionally there may be information on drwu.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

We may disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD expressly disclaims any duty to update or revise the materials on this site, although DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD may modify the materials at any time without notice. By your use of this site, you acknowledge that your use is at your sole risk and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this site. You further acknowledge that DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD shall not be liable for any damages or any kind related to your use of this site.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting DR.WU products and services available in the selected countries. This Site is controlled and operated by DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD from its offices in Taipei, Taiwan.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Taipei, Taiwan, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the First Court of Taipei.

Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny your access to the Site, if in DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or DR.WU SKINCARE CO., LTD, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
